San Francesco I is a typical Spello house on two floors which preserves the beauty of the ancient Etruscan-Roman walls on which the ground floor was built. The kitchen and living room furnishings make the environment relaxing, welcoming, convivial and familiar.

Upstairs, where the high ceilings made with exposed tiles and original wooden beams are the protagonists, there is a spacious bathroom with tub, shower and washing machine, a double bedroom that tells the romantic side of the house and a second bedroom. furnished to accommodate children and teenagers with a fun bunk bed and in addition a beautiful terrace overlooking the promenade of Via Borgo San Sisto.
