Our structure
Our facility is located in the town of Spello, an ancient Roman colony and today one of the "most beautiful villages in Italy" and "Blooming Town".
La Residenza dei Cappuccini Appartamenti Vacanze a Spello nasce dalla volontà di creare una struttura ricettiva in grado di offrire ai nostri ospiti un’esperienza di vita autentica, porta a porta con gli abitanti del borgo antico.
L’idea è quella di offrire all’ospite la possibilità di vivere le bellezze del centro storico di Spello che conserva ancor oggi il fascino dell’antica Colonia Julia, custode di bellezze architettoniche, tradizioni, spiritualità, folklore, eventi, percorsi naturalistici e gastronomici.

Our structure
Our facility is located in the town of Spello, an ancient Roman colony and today one of the "most beautiful villages in Italy" and "Blooming Town".
Residenza dei Cappuccini was born from the desire to create a receptive structure able to offer our guests an authentic life experience, door to door with the inhabitants of the ancient village.The idea is to offer guests the opportunity to live the beauties of the historic center of Spello which still retains the charm of the ancient Colonia Julia, custodian of architectural beauties, traditions, spirituality, folklore, events, naturalistic and gastronomic itineraries.
Respecting the place, nothing new has been created, but recovered and finely restored ancient residences, with great attention to the preservation of the architectural characteristics and atmosphere of the past, while providing them with all comforts.
We have several accommodations available from one / two-room apartments to the family comfort apartment.
The city is a pearl of rare beauty, visiting its alleys full of history and charm and made splendid by the characteristic colorful flowers on the balconies, you have the feeling of being in a world of its own. ( Lorenzo Dati )

All our apartments have been designed to offer relaxation, romance and comfort while retaining their own charm.
Each apartment is equipped with independent heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, dining area, small kitchenette or equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, courtesy kit, bathroom and bed linen.
For stays longer than 7 days, linen change and midweek cleaning included.
